Nikki Steadman, CEO and co-founder of Loci Solutions, brings over 20 years of real estate industry experience to her role.

Building on the foundation of her career in real estate, Nikki has been instrumental in identifying property technology gaps and bringing new technology trends to the Australian market. Her career focus has been to create measurable results with integrity.

In 2003, after working with real estate technology vendors MRI and Timberline, Nikki launched her first business, Steadman Consulting. This niche consultancy grew out of her passion for the industry, her innovative approach to business process solutions, and her commitment to her clients’ success.

Nikki actively keeps a pulse on industry best practice and new technology trends. She and co-owner, Gwen Dagg, have created strategic technology partnerships with global leaders in an effort to continually add value to their clients and to the market.

As part of Loci’s vision to positively engage with local communities, Nikki also materially participates in the Doggie Rescue leadership team specialising in animal adoptions and foster care programs.

Gwen Dagg is the CIO and co-founder of Loci Solutions.

She brings a wealth of vision and practical expertise from her IT career to the business, including over 15 years of real estate technology solutions experience. Under her direction, Loci have developed their trademark approach to technology solutions design and delivery: Focus, Innovate and Deliver value in everything we do.

She has been a highly respected and valued technology resource to leading Australian real estate companies over the last decade. Prior to forming Loci, Gwen served in various IT roles creating technology strategies, developing significant applications, and analysing business process improvements.
She takes a holistic view to technology, and believes that “best technology and best practice” is about finding the most relevant solution for each individual client.

Gwen is passionate about “out of the box” problem solving and enjoys translating complex “can’t be done” requirements into practical solutions. Her personal innovation is client focused and market driven, in projects like e-solutions and streamlining benchmark/trend reporting.

Pasquale has one of the most comprehensive backgrounds in real estate technology consulting. His depth of experience, broad range of skills and qualifications have been in demand at leading real estate organisations such as Colliers and Stockland. As a qualified accountant with a background in treasury accounting and financial management, Pasquale offers expert business process engineering in financial controls and cash management.

To complement his strong financial consulting services, Pasquale began his real estate technology career with MRI in 1998. During his tenure, Pasquale developed an exceptional reputation for delivering creative solutions. He moved from this role to a Business Analyst position with Stockland Group and was an integral member of the project team that implemented the JD Edwards property management system.

In 2007, Pasquale joined Loci to provide a wide range of consulting and technical services. His diverse background and more than 13 years of experience across the industry make Pasquale one of the leading industry experts in the real estate technology space.

Nicola specialises in client customisations in all aspects of design, build and delivery. Her career in the industry spans more than 12 years, beginning with industry leader, Savills. Over her 10 year tenure there, Nicola was responsible for database analysis, web design and customisation development.

She joined Loci in 2009, bringing extensive retail industry experience to the development team. Nicola is passionate about optimising performance and resolving complex design issues.

Her attention to detail and ability to translate complex requirements into practical, cost effective solutions makes her a highly respected resource.

Michelle Matkins joined Loci in 2011 to build and introduce our business process engineering and productivity tools to the ANZ market.

Prior to Loci, she launched the Yardi suite of products in Australia. Her role included market analysis, fit gap analysis, sourcing early adopter clients, and liaising with senior management to devise market strategy, sales and marketing plan, resource plan and revenue forecasting. Michelle was also responsible for driving Asian sales for Australian companies doing business in Asia.

Her real estate expertise spans 20 years of real estate financial statement preparation, business process management consulting, real estate software sales and consulting for the real estate technology lifecycle in multiple market segments.

Michelle is passionate about the real estate industry, innovative technology and developing long term successful client partnerships.

Sue joined Loci in 2011 and brings with her over 17 years of real estate experience.

She has extensive expertise in real estate trust accounting having worked in several privately held and public firms. She has overseen back office projects, systems implementations and specialises in business process controls. In addition, Sue managed a portfolio of retail properties to add to her industry depth.

Having worked in retail, construction, commercial and residential markets, Sue combines her exceptional communications skills with broad industry experience to offer the superior service our clients have come to expect.

Coleen joined the Loci team in 2009 in a bookkeeping and administrative role. She brings 20 years of accounting, business operations expertise and TAFE teaching experience. Coleen specialises in business process improvement and organisational controls. She adds her organisational management expertise to Loci’s back office operations.

Coleen is adding to her successful diploma level qualifications with a degree in business majoring in Accounting and sub-majoring in Business Law and Small Business Accounting.
